Prices aren't always quoted at the time of booking, so please check when you book. No charge applies if a job is cancelled before it is sent to the driver, or within 5 minutes for 'as soon as possible' jobs; later cancellations, or cancellations on arrival, may incur a call-out fee. Airport pick-ups include 60 minutes free after landing, after which £15 per hour applies. Additional pick-ups or drop-offs, larger vehicles for extra luggage or passengers, and a Christmas period surcharge may all affect the price, so please tell us your requirements when booking.

Please let us know about any pets, which should be in a suitable cage. Smoking, including e-cigarettes, and alcohol are not permitted in our vehicles, and only snacks that won't leave the car unclean are allowed, with no drinks. Being sick in the vehicle carries a minimum valet charge plus a cost for the driver's lost work. Car seats are not legally required in minicabs. Under-11s cannot travel alone, though older children may do so with parental consent. We reserve the right to refuse passengers who behave inappropriately, and any lost property should be collected from our head office, with a delivery charge if you'd prefer it sent to you.
